THIRD DAY IN JAPAN

Today we woke up early (at 5:00 am in the morning) and went to the largest fish market in the world - Tsukiji. Here we managed to see the impressive auction of tuna, famous in the world. We also participated in the setting of the tone by experienced people because this skill is considered a true art.

Here you have a #travelvlog for this day in Japan: https://youtu.be/gkTFlUV8V70

Near the market was a small Shinto temple where people pray for fish souls. Then we stopped at a restaurant specializing in sushi because here, due to the immediate proximity of the fish market, the sushi is very fresh, the best in the world. After this adventure we returned to the hotel to prepare for our departure to Kamakura, the former capital of Japan. Here we visited the Shinto Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Temple and the Daibutsu Buddhist Temple - with the central piece being the largest statue of the Buddha in Japan. I happened to see a Shinto wedding ceremony. Simplicity and good taste are magical words, maybe we Romanians will also learn to put them into practice. I can say with hand on my heart that I felt as good in the Buddhist and Shinto temples as I feel in a Christian church.
