The first urban planner from Bucharest was Cincinat Sfințescu, a visionary engineer, caring for the subway during the time of the day, the veil and walking for the road. For Sfințescu, a Bucharest can be sold to become an obsession, for his care was inspired from Germany, France and England, where he does not base his studies, as a scholar in the Academy.
